Cinema Beans: The Avengers
"PUNY GOD."
When I realized both Cinema Beans and Modigliani Movie Inquiries had chosen the same movie for "Most Memorable Line", I immediately thought of their piece on Friends with Kids and wondered why they hadn't chosen that film. Their response was along the lines of, "Well, of course we chose The Avengers. How could we not?" I agree. It's untouchable. I don't think I've ever been a part of a movie crowd that reacted so ecstatically to a single line. That's pure entertainment at it's finest, and nobody knows how to please a crowd more than Joss Whedon.

You hear it time and time again regarding success in any realm: business, comedy, art. "Keep it simple". And Hulk keeps it pretty succinct with a sentence involving nothing more than an adjective and a noun.
